I know I know! I missed all of last week! I am so sorry. I had a lot going on. Due to me missing all of last week what can you expect this week you ask? Will you can expect not one but TWO posts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!
Just a little update…
I have not been doing my best with my academics. I have been slacking in one of my accounting classes. I know what I need to do now so it is game time! I’ll keep you updated on that. I am totally loving my Qhemet Biologics and my Natural Curls Club hair products. I’ll do a post about that soon so be on the lookout!
I wanted to share with you all my very own Rich Weekly Meal Plan! So as you know I am one a health journey for 2018 and I am currently doing an 8 week challenge. So last week I completed week 2 and I made it my goal for week 3 – 8 to have and follow a meal plan. My Brother is a personal trainer and he sent me a meal plan that I knew I wasn’t going to follow regardless of the results. Him and his wife are doing this plan and they are seeing weekly results. Yes, you read correctly, WEEKLY results. In addition to knowing that I wasn’t going to follow the plan, there were a lot of things on the meal plan that I just did not eat. So I had to take some time to rework the meal plan to fit my rich lifestyle and dietary restraints.
In addition to finding substitute meals, I looked to pinterest for weekly meal plan templets. I searched and searched and did not see anything that I really liked. So what did you do Renay? I created my own templets. Yes! I created not one but two different versions that I am sharing with you all today. Tell me what you think with a comment below. Feel free print these pdf documents off and write in your own meal plan. I upload my meal plan once I have it typed in the templets for you all to see on both versions.
